The goal of the project is the adoption of flexible organizational arrangements and reconciliation welfare measures in the company, aimed at providing female workers with a better work-life balance and family care, and fostering women’s participation and inclusion in the workforce through a gender equality management system in the company.
Actions under the project:
– Definition of the Welfare Plan.
– Implementation of the welfare measures.
– PdR/UNI 125:2022 strategic plan.
